Chocolate Doli

So finally I managed to make a "3D" chocolate! I know this hardly qualifies as a chocolate statue but I guess its a start! It was extremely challenging and I'd love to do something similar again. The best part is that I got paid for it AND a local news channel covered it in an electronic interview. They shot the process of making the "DOLI" (which was nearly 3 hours- not counting the 3 hours I had put in it before that!) and my friend managed to get a few pictures too!
